Case in point: Last night I really wanted toast with grape jelly. I was just craving it. The bread and never been opened grape jelly was just calling to me. So since we have no toaster, what is the next best thing?
The Broiler. Bingo.
Whilst broiling is not quite the same as toasting (the middle just kinda gets warm) it was a sufficient substitute for the evening and my toast and jelly craving was satisfied.
